Below is the procedure

Step 1:
Click “Add Video” to add video files, as shown in the picture below.



Step 2:
Click the button to show the drop-down menu. There are different output video formats on it. Choose Flash Video Movie (*.flv).



Step 3:
Below “Profile” displays the settings of the selected video property. You can customize the property of the output file here such as output duration, video size, video bitrate and audio bitrate, as shown in the picture below.



Step 4:
